Event Requests for Sales

This short form has been designed for Sales teams to use to make Marketing aware of upcoming events for which they will need materials created. Please provide as much information and detail about the event as possible when filling out the form.

These questions are designed so that Marketing understands the amount of work necessary for each specific event, and to make the Sales team(s) aware of the turnaround time that is involved based on the amount of work.

A Salesforce campaign that will contain all event attendees will be created for all Level 2 and 3 events, and you will be notified of where the campaign is located in Salesforce for your own review and follow up.

Level 1

These events require an invitation only. The Sales team does not need attendees to RSVP. Examples of these types of events may include Open Houses, Happy Hours, etc.

You may or may not want a hard copy of the invitation to distribute.

Turnaround time for materials for this type of event is generally two business days - though if you want a hard copy of the invitation, turnaround time will be three business days.

Level 2

These events need a little bit more than a simple invitation. In addition to the invitation itself, there is a link to RSVP, a confirmation page when they click on the RSVP link, and a reminder email sent to all attendees on the day before or day of the event.

Turnaround time is generally one week.

Level 3

These type of events include not only the invitation, but also a landing page with a full registration form (including any additional information beyond demographics that are specific to your event), a confirmation page and email, as well as multiple invitations, and a reminder email.

Turnaround time is generally two weeks.
