Kait Jack brings several years of eDiscovery experience to her role as Senior Manager of Sales Operations and Enterprise Services. Prior to joining D4, she spent over a decade working in various marketing and client relations roles in such wide-ranging industries as optics, translation services, and investment management.
Ultimately accountable for delivering an exceptional client experience, building a loyal client base, and connecting the dots for field sales teams, Kait oversees D4’s enterprise engagement management and sales enablement teams. Having pioneered the development of the sales operations function at D4, Kait manages the functions essential to sales force productivity and success, including contract management, planning, reporting, process optimization, and sales training program implementation and administration.
Kait holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communications and Information Design, and a Master of Arts in Advertising Communications from the University of Texas at Austin.
