About John Holland
With 25 years of experience in the technology and litigation support industries, D4 founder and CEO John Holland is dedicated to innovation, growth, and effective leadership.
While working for such companies as Xerox Corporation and IKON Office, John helped businesses and law firms address challenges in the areas of litigation strategy, automated discovery processes, scanning system design and implementation, discovery management, and software implementation. Through his experiences in the tech and litigation support sectors – combined with his education in marketing from Providence College – he gained a unique insight into creating a dynamic and vibrant work environment, conducive to creativity and innovation.
In 2005, John was instrumental in setting the industry standard in managing electronic evidence when he founded D4’s Forensic Laboratory and Data Collection Division. Since then, he has continued to show his incredible aptitude for assessing industry needs and planning for the future.
John’s proven ability to mentor and motivate high-performance teams and gain the trust of executive-level decision makers is the foundation of D4’s incredible success and growth rate. By leveraging his experience as a large-scale business leader, he is able to implement new programs and strategies that simultaneously increase revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
