Responsible for topline revenue growth and D4’s sales and project management organizations, Philip Mooney leverages 20 years of sales leadership experience to promote growth and success in sales. With extensive experience in senior level sales management – both nationally and internationally – within the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector, he also has an extensive understanding of sales forces and how they can increase business and grow corporations.

In his time as a senior level regional sales manager for Paychex Insurance Agency, Philip created and built a national sales team from the ground up and was responsible for revenue growth and year-over-year client base growth of over 50%.

Working internationally, Philip was the country sales manager for Paychex GmbH, where he played an integral role in the launch, expansion, and overall revenue growth of that division, including building an international sales force for the German marketplace.

In addition to his in-depth experience with implementation and expansion of sales teams, he is also experienced and skilled in implementing continued accountability for sales on all levels. His experience leading local, national, and international sales teams, combined with a bachelor of science from Ithaca College, make Philip the kind of Chief Sales Officer who can continue to drive D4’s explosive growth into the future.
