Kevin brings over 25 years of progressive leadership experience in quality business and engineering systems to D4. As Vice President of Operations and Client Services, Kevin is responsible for our core operations combined with our litigation support management group establishing integrated functions from intake through client delivery.  Angus’ experience is well suited to lead the total business process analysis and continuous improvement culture focused on achieving the service and quality our clients have come to expect.

Prior to D4 Kevin designed and delivered high levels of business systems using the High Performance behavior model and Objectives Deployment to successfully achieve system integrations that become foundational business culture.  Using TQM and six sigma methods he focuses on customer interfaces, business systems, lean practices, product quality, engineering systems, and workforce culture to achieve significant reductions in total quality costs and significant improvements in product reliability and consumer satisfaction.

Mr. Angus was first introduced to lean concepts and experienced the power of quality systems application as an automation controls engineer servicing various industries.  He later became a practitioner of Lean Six Sigma tools including Theory of Constraints and Designed Experiments at Bausch & Lomb, Sentry Safe and most recently as Vice President Global Quality at The Master Lock Company achieving competitive advantages in process, product and business systems.

Kevin Angus holds a bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering from Union College in Schenectady, NY.
