A results-driven executive, Joseph Reges brings 20 years of experience in the legal and document management industry to his position as Vice President of Western Region Sales at D4. Joseph is a committed and effective leader with wide-ranging successes in leading multi-disciplinary teams, developing people, and inspiring change.
Joseph is responsible for leading the sales efforts on the West Coast and focusing on the strategic growth of the company west of the Mississippi. His previous experience in national, regional and local sales leadership roles for multiple companies have well equipped him for the task.
Before joining D4, Joseph worked as Western Region Sales Manager at Océ Business Services and Vice President of Sales at Merrill Corporation. He also spent 12 years in various Sales Management positions at IKON Office Solutions. His successes include leading enterprise-wide document management initiatives by defining innovative, scalable and sustainable strategies for AMLAW 100 Firms and Fortune 500 legal departments.
With his impressive track record and business education – having earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University – Joseph is an invaluable asset to D4’s sales force.
